STGi is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide services at the Texas State Veterans Home in Temple, TX. This full-time role is paid hourly and eligible for overtime, with 24/7 supervision of resident care and nursing staff.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, perform routine audits, and support quality assurance efforts while coordinating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of Texas.
• One-year prior experience in nursing management and supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities on a 24/7 basis as Facility Supervisor.
• Monitor staffing levels and acuity to ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and update when necessary.
• Review resident care plans and participate in updates as required.
• Conduct audits and report findings to ADON/DON/QA; maintain census accuracy.
• Respond to crises and coordinate care with physicians, residents, and families.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities and staff development programs.
