Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology clinics across three locations. The role emphasizes nursing leadership, program implementation, and team coordination to meet patient care goals.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, and at least one year of leadership experience, with a daytime weekday schedule and no evenings or weekends. Prior clinic leadership in urogynecology/gynecologic oncology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a course of study in nursing resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree and at least one year related supervisory or three years related non-supervisory experience required.
• Current state Registered Nursing License required and BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
• At least one year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology clinics at three locations.
• Plan, implement and direct programs, procedures, systems and support personnel.
• Utilize a systematic nursing process for assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation.
