Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership capabilities over clinical staff and complex workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to train and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of patient care standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy policies.
• Experience with Epic/EHR systems and standard office software.
