Mercy St Louis is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to support operations and patient care in Behavioral Health. The role includes acting as a clinical resource, and stepping in as a staff nurse and supervisor as needed.

Schedule is Full-Time: Mon-Wed 10am-10pm, and every other Thu 1pm-9pm. Incentives include a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, stay premium program up to $8/hour after 2 years, annual merit increases, day-one benefits, 401(k) with employer match, education assistance, and tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• 2 years of patient care experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• BLS certification or course completion within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure:
  Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience:
  • 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
  • Supervisor experience is preferred
• Certification:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
