Saber Healthcare Group in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents' needs, develop personalized care plans and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility.

You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a patient‑centered care team. This is a full‑time position with 12‑hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; pay ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state in which you work.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
