Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise staff in a SNF setting.

Must hold a current RN license in Virginia, CPR/BLS certification, and be proficient with electronic health records. Full-time evening shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $45-$48 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local standards and infection control policies.
