Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Dockside Health & Rehab Center in Locust Hill, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing staff in a SNF setting.

You will follow federal/state guidelines, maintain infection control, and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care. Full-time, 7:00p–7:00a shifts with $45.00–$47.00 hourly wages; benefits and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the working state.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF delivery.
