Job summary

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with EHR software.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local standards and policies.
