Saber Healthcare Group in Bon Air, VA, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality, compliant care.

We offer flexible pay options, a supportive team, and comprehensive benefits. Full-time shifts 7:00a–7:00p and 7:00p–7:00a with wages of $44–$49 per hour.

Qualifications

Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care according to policies.
