Job summary

Citrus Grove Post Acute in Riverside, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to lead resident care and mentor nursing staff. The role includes completing assessments, planning and delivering nursing care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate notes.

The position offers an hourly rate of $46–$47 and benefits including medical coverage; growth opportunities; and continuing education.

Qualifications

• RN license active in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments for residents to determine medical needs.

If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:

• Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating and revising the plan of care, as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
