Job Description

• Ensure 24-hour continuity of care in collaboration with colleagues.
• Oversee medical records in the electronic health record system.
• Conduct medical assessments and determine when to consult physicians.
• Manage the admission process for new or re-admitted residents, ensuring timely and complete assessments and documentation.
• Provide medication or treatment advice according to established policies.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN from an accredited nursing program; valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum one year of RN experience for per diem roles.
• Active CPR certification.
