Base pay range

$41.00/hr - $46.50/hr

We offer full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend RN positions.

As an RN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of an RN Supervisor and DON to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice, written care plans, and physicians’ treatment plans.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Provide accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in PA.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication and patient safety.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
• CPR certification.
