Requirements include a BSN, RN license, 3 years in Case Management/Utilization Review, 1 year in leadership; experience with JIVA, Epic and QNXT preferred; certification within one year (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CGMT-BC) in Integrated Care

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Valid RN license.
• 3 years of Case Management/Utilization Review RN experience.
• 1 year of Leadership experience required.
• Experience with JIVA, Epic, and QNXT preferred.
• Certification based on specialty area within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC, or CGMT-BC) for Integrated Care Management departments.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
