Job summary

Stanton Park Health & Rehabilitation in Washington, DC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for per diem shifts (days/evenings and nights) to ensure safe, high-quality resident care and smooth unit operations.

The role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating shift handoffs, implementing staffing plans, and leading staff education within a supportive leadership framework. Per diem role with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensed to practice in Washington, DC; BLS required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience with supervision and management.
• Safety Sensitive-Designated Positions.
