Medical City Dallas is actively seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coord RN - Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-quality pediatric emergency care. This role entails collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient admission and discharge workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, with ACLS, ENPC and PALS certifications, and at least one year of RN experience in a Pediatric ED with Charge RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary pediatric ED setting.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• Registered Nurse BSN required
• Minimum 1 year Registered Nurse experience in the Pediatric Emergency Dept Charge RN experience
