Job summary

Merwick Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing care on site. This part-time role offers 7a–7p every other weekend and 7p–7a every Sunday with a competitive hourly rate.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance, and promote patient safety and quality care. Requires an active New Jersey RN license and BLS CPR certification, with a minimum of 2 years’ clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities for residents.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document/intervene as needed.
