Job summary

Merwick Post Acute in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safe, compassionate resident care under Marquis Health Consulting Services sponsorship.

The role is full-time with daily pay and hourly compensation of $45-$52 based on experience. Applicants must hold a NJ RN license, have BLS/CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervision is not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
