Merwick Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor for part-time roles. The position covers 7a-7p every other weekend and 7p-7a every Sunday, with compensation at $45-52 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• Must possess an active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
