Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group in Monroeville, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, support high-quality patient care, and empower a team of nursing professionals to thrive.

You will oversee daily staffing, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in patient outcomes across the unit.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program and PA RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration as a Registered Nurse by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners.
