Job summary

Eminent Care Group in New Kensington, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing department and oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and satisfaction.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 3–11p with a competitive pay rate of $41/hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth
• Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff hours, patient data, and departmental metrics
