Job summary

Lafayette Manor, a premier nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to lead the first shift (7 AM–7 PM). You will oversee clinical care, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.

The ideal candidate has PA RN licensure, strong leadership, and experience supervising nursing staff. Join a collaborative team dedicated to compassionate geriatric care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Geriatric care experience in LTC or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident.
• Take on the role of liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed.
• RN must make daily resident visits to observe and evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status and to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
• Supervise other nursing service personnel and ensure medication passes and scheduled treatments are being administered as ordered by the physician.
• RN must be able to demonstrate the ability to think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team member for the good of the resident.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our collaborative team for our 1st shift (7 AM to 7 PM).

Qualifications:

• Compassionate working with geriatric patients
• Preferred Nursing experience in a LTC or skilled nursing facility setting
