Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead direct nursing care and coordinate with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. You will supervise non-licensed staff, help modify treatment plans within policy and practice guidelines, and perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards.
• Other duties as needed.

• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
