The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the safe operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. They serve as a designated leader responsible for implementing, supervising, and evaluating safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and needs of the population. Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN or LPN License from your state of residence is required. If you hold a license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN or LPN License from your state within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR certification is required. Additional certifications may be required based on the specific unit and are required within the orientation period.
