Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Oncology FT Nights

Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the safe operation of the department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals. The supervisor leads the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care, promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. They maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient population and promote Service Excellence behaviors at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing
• Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of Acute Care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability
• Required Certifications: Valid Multi-State RN License, American Heart Association BLS CPR, and other certifications as required by the unit
