RN Supervisor Psych Full Time Nights Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals of the unit. They are a designated leader responsible for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and specific needs of the patient population. Service excellence behavior is promoted at all times.
THE RN SUPERVISOR PSYCH FULL TIME NIGHTS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associates degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN or LPN License from the state of residence is required. If holding a license from another Compact state, an application for and acquisition of a Multi-State RN or LPN License from the resident state must be completed within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR certification is required. Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific unit and must be obtained within the orientation period.
