Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Psych FT Nights

Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the assigned department, including patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibilities, and strategic goals. This leader ensures safe patient care, promotes a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors, and maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient population. Service excellence is promoted at all times.

Qualifications:

The candidate must possess the following:

Education/Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid multi-state RN or LPN license from the state of residence. If licensed in another Compact state, must obtain a multi-state license within 30 days. BLS CPR certification required. Additional certifications may be required based on unit specifics.
