Job summary

You will assist the Director in planning, evaluating, and communicating service line initiatives while promoting safety, staff development, and satisfaction.

This role requires a BSN preferred, 2 years of clinical experience, and previous lead or management experience, with a 24-hour department oversight and 7A-7P schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• Previous Lead or Supervisor experience overseeing work of assigned units, preferred.
• Previous healthcare management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
