Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical and ancillary teams to meet quality, safety, and service goals, while supporting staff development and performance feedback.

The role requires a BSN preferred, BLS, and 2 years of clinical experience with prior leader experience; full-time schedule 8AM-5PM, Monday to Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical patient care experience.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• RN license in state of employment or compact.
• BLS certification required.
