Job summary

Westbury Center of Conyers for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of care for residents, assess needs, and supervise LPNs and CNAs. The role collaborates with the DON and Unit Manager to plan and implement a comprehensive nursing program and drives quality improvement initiatives.

The position offers health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k, life and disability coverage, and paid time off. Shifts are 3 PM–11 PM and GA RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• GA Registered Nurse license required.
• Leadership and supervision experience within a nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assists DON and Unit Manager with staffing and staff orientation.
• Clinical leadership to plan, organize, direct, and implement nursing program.
• Provide nursing leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with the DON to ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Initiate interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Ensure care plans address indicated indicators.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other disciplines on resident status and progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and track trends to improve care quality.
• Actively participate in Quality Improvement.
• Implement educational plans to meet changing program or service needs.
