Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join its leadership team. The role is a full-time 3pm-11pm shift with a competitive pay rate of $55/hour, overseeing the nursing department and ensuring exceptional resident care.

The RN Supervisor will partner with the DON and ADON, oversee compliance with state and federal regulations, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.
