Job summary

The State of Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor/Expert to lead survey teams and ensure high-quality patient care across multiple settings. This role requires strong leadership, advanced clinical expertise, and the ability to coordinate complex nursing activities during surveys and reviews.

You will supervise nursing staff, develop care plans, ensure compliance with state regulations, and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and ability to supervise teams across settings.
• Excellent computer skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of registered nurses and support staff.
• Oversee patient care planning, assess needs, and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and quality standards.
