Addus HomeCare in Little Rock, AR, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Personal Care Services supervisory program. You will oversee assessments, care coordination, and quality oversight while supporting caregivers and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

This role emphasizes non-skilled personal care oversight with weekday hours, practical local travel, and a stable work-life balance, offering meaningful nursing impact without hands-on skilled visits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop plans of care.
• Perform supervisory visits with personal care staff and aides in accordance with state regulations.
• Monitor client status and identify changes in condition or service needs.
• Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to clients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, Medicaid requirements, and HIPAA standards.
• Support quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, caregivers, families, and referral partners.
• Assist with care coordination and service oversight for our personal care program.
