Job summary

Conway Regional Health System seeks a Registered Nurse with middle management responsibilities to coordinate shift staffing and ensure safe patient care. The role includes coordinating personnel across departments and elevating safety and emergency measures as needed.

The RN functions in an administrative capacity when administrative officers are not on site and must maintain Arkansas licensure while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Three years nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years proven management experience preferred.
• ACLS course preferred.
• Requires full range of body motion including lifting 50 pounds or more and standing/walking.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel from multiple departments to meet patient care needs.
• Implement safety and emergency measures.
• Facilitate communication among health care team, patients, and families.
