We currently have an opening for a FT RN Supervisor Nights. Previous long term care experience is nice to have, but is not required to begin a career with us.

A successful candidate will have a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or temporary practice permit and will assure the physical comfort, mental well-being of every resident while treating them with respect and dignity.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident
• Take on the role of liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed.
• Make daily resident visits to observe, and evaluate the resident's physical and emotional status and to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities.
• Supervise other nursing service personnel and to ensure medication passes and scheduled treatments are being administered as ordered by the physician.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think independently, supervise staff, and work as a team member for the good of the resident.

RN rate of pay is based on license and years of service.
