We are hiring a Night Shift RN Supervisor for 11pm-7am shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in ensuring continuous nursing services, developing, implementing, and evaluating quality care for residents and their families.
  • Conduct assessments for residents who have experienced falls, health declines, or expressed suicidal thoughts.
  • Serve as the senior liaison and administrative representative on campus, addressing staffing and family concerns.
  • Participate in audits and quality assurance activities.
  • Uphold the organization’s commitment to ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees.
Requirements:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN.
Compensation:

Pay Range: $39.50 - $53.68 per hour.

Pay is commensurate with experience, skills, and education. Salaries are based on the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines. The range may vary depending on location.
