Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM overnight shift to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey RN license, has supervisory experience in skilled nursing/long-term care, and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork. This full-time night position offers growth opportunities and a dedicated night team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Address clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.

What You'll Do

As the RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:
