Accela Rehab & Care Center at Somerton is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team and oversee care quality on the unit. The role includes admissions, discharges, and transitions, while guiding staff and addressing clinical concerns as they arise.

Effective communication with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team is essential, along with maintaining full compliance with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit
• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise
