Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role focuses on resident safety, high-quality care, and regulatory compliance while supporting CNAs, LPNs, and other staff.

The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey RN license, demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, and possess prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide guidance and support to CNAs, LPNs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are completed appropriately.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and safety.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Address clinical and staffing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Manalapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM overnight shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the overnight hours.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
