Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with nursing operations.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shifts.
• Ensure nursing staff follow facility policies and standards of care.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.
• Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs promptly.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff.
• Assist with compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Participate in surveys, audits, inspections, and QA activities as requested.
• Communicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadership.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident-centered care.

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during overnight shifts. This position is ideal for a confident and organized Registered Nurse with strong long-term care experience who is committed to maintaining excellent standards of resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with nursing operations

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shifts

• Ensure nursing staff follow facility policies, procedures, job responsibilities, and standards of care

• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism

• Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs in a timely manner

• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff

• Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Participate in facility surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities as requested

• Communicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadership
