Medical City Arlington is seeking an RN Supervisor Medical Surgical to oversee daily patient care on days with rotating weekends. The role emphasizes coordinating admission/discharge, staff leadership, and continuous quality improvement to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The CNC will collaborate with leadership to optimize throughput, staffing, and patient satisfaction while upholding organizational standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.
• 2 years’ nursing experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Assess quality of patient care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with managers to create a teamwork-focused environment.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Lead staffing scheduling and labor management.
• Oversee inventory and supplies management.
• Provide staff training and performance evaluations.
