Qualifications

• Active RN license in NY (required).
• Minimum 2 years of SNF experience preferred.
• Leadership or RN management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills; Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing unit operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CNAs, LPNs, and RNs; conduct performance assessments.
• Provide clinical oversight in medical, behavioral, and crisis situations.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to achieve resident care goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to align unit objectives with facility goals.
