Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team for the overnight shift. You will oversee the nursing department’s daily operations, support staff, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the DON/ADON, guiding nursing staff, preparing for surveys, and conducting daily rounds to promote best clinical practices. NY RN license and 2+ years in long-term care are required.

Formación

• Current, valid RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and supportive work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.
