Laurels of Hudsonville, located in Hudsonville, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality care.

Join our team to supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, assign work, manage staffing levels, and participate in evaluations and hiring decisions.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises LPNs, Medication Aides, CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staff
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
