Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting high-quality care through collaborative planning and monitoring in line with Life Care standards and regulations.

The role directs licensed staff and CNAs, develops care plans, and ensures adherence to patient rights and safety while delivering compassion and service. A nursing degree, active RN license, and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Two (2) years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs/reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
