Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality and safety through collaborative planning with patients and families. Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Two years' nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact to attain the highest practicable well being.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of patient care rendered.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
