Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• Two (2) years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation, and must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact to promote patients’ well-being.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs and reporting requirements.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
