Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on 2nd or 3rd shift with alternating weekends. You will provide resident-centered care, mentor staff, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active New Jersey RN license, have 2+ years of nursing experience, and prior supervision in an LTC setting. Strong communication, leadership, and dedication are essential to succeed in this role.
