Job summary
Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in New Jersey. Earn up to $100,000 per year based on experience and licensure.
This is a full-time position with 2nd Shift+ Every Other Weekend or 3rd Shift+ Every Other Weekend opportunities. The RN Supervisor will lead nursing staff, deliver resident-centered care, and foster a safe, compassionate environment while building strong relationships with residents and families.
Qualifications
- Active, valid New Jersey RN License.
- 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and leadership abilities.
