Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Roscoe, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations during assigned shifts, oversee care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe, resident-centered environment. The role requires NYS RN license, ADN at minimum, leadership experience, and strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Competitive salary range is $83,200–$87,360 per year with sign-on bonus and full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NY is required; ADN is required, BSN preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in geriatric or rehabilitation settings; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and updated as needed.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
• Address resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns promptly.
• Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling adjustments, and overtime.
• Support staff education, orientation, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, infection control, and resident rights.
• Respond to emergencies and facility operational issues.
• Participate in QAPI initiatives and quality improvement activities.
