Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to maintain high-quality resident care.
Partner with the Nursing Director to strategize operations and provide emergency support across shifts.
Coordinate nursing activities with medical directives and care plans.
Direct charge nurses to ensure proper resident care.
Adjust care plans with medical staff to address emergencies.
In absence of supervisors, RN Supervisor makes operating decisions as needed.
Ensure relief staffing before departure and notify physicians of significant changes.
